Eligibility

All sports require athletes to:

  • receive a physical and be cleared to play. One physical form is good for all sports and lasts one full school year.
  • complete the Concussion for Students course on nfhslearn.com . You must create an account and click on Order Course (no charge). Print the certificate when the course is completed or e-mail it to your coach.
  • maintain a 2.0 GPA from with no Fs from the last available quarterly or semester report card.
